Tony has been at the shelter for a long time. He is a beautiful boy but he does have trust issues. He does not like to be touched on his face, and he hates going to the vet. He does enjoy rides in the car, though. He is very clean, and will not even mess in his run, preferring to hold it until the next shift arrives to let him out into the yard. He gets along with female dogs, and has a friend named Spotty who he runs with. Tony is a no-nonsense type of dog, but he is affectionate and friendly with the volunteers at the shelter who have gotten to know him. He demonstrates a need to be loved and to bond with someone. He will make an excellent companion for someone who understands his personality and is willing to invest some time with him.
