A group of 3rd and 4th graders from Salem County, NJ got together in November 2009 and formed The Animal Lovers. The seven members all share a common passion, their love of animals, and with that, they have done great charity works including for us at SCHS!

Thank you to everyone at The Animal Lovers for everything they've done for us and for animals in need everywhere!

    How You Can Help:

The Salem County Humane Society is a no kill shelter operating strictly by donations and fundraisers; we never discriminate on the basis of health or age, and take in the abused, unwanted and abandoned companion animals that other human beings have forgotten. If you would like to help our shelter, please read our "Ways you can help" page. If you would like to make a donation, please click on the button below. If you prefer sending a check, you can send it to the mailing address on the right hand side.

Donate a Bed We have chosen Kuranda dog beds for our boarding facilities because they are so good for our dogs. We still don't have enough for all of our kennels. If you would like to donate a bed to help one of our dogs, please click here.
